This Privacy Policy explains how Starwise handles information when merchants install and use Bundle. Bundle is a Shopify app used to configure product page bundle widgets such as cross-sell, frequently bought together, and product add-on layouts.

To provide app functionality, we may collect and process limited merchant and store data, including:

Shop domain, store identifiers, and basic installation metadata supplied by Shopify.
Bundle configuration data created in the app, such as titles, selected products, style settings, and publish state.
Theme extension status details used to confirm whether the app embed and product page block are active.
Operational logs and technical diagnostics required to maintain reliability, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service.

3. How We Use Data

We use this information only to operate, maintain, and improve Bundle. This includes:

Rendering the embedded app experience and saving bundle settings.
Supporting storefront output through the installed theme extension and app block.
Checking whether required theme components are active so merchants can complete setup.
Responding to support requests and investigating errors or abuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell merchant data. We may share data with service providers that help us host, secure, and operate the app, but only where that support is required to deliver Bundle.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide Bundle, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. After uninstall, some data may be deleted, anonymized, or retained only where required by law or platform obligations.

Where applicable, merchants may request access, correction, or deletion of relevant data. Shopify may also provide platform-specific data rights workflows that apply to app usage.
