1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using Bundle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

2. Service Description

Bundle provides tools for creating, styling, and publishing product page bundle widgets within Shopify. This includes the embedded admin editor, theme extension components, and related setup guidance.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content, product selections, and messaging used in your bundle widgets.
• You must keep access to your Shopify store secure and follow Shopify platform rules and applicable law.
• You are responsible for reviewing storefront changes before publishing them to shoppers.

4. Billing and Pricing

Bundle is currently presented as a free app in the project listing materials. If pricing changes in the future, any paid plan or billing flow must be presented through Shopify-approved billing mechanisms.

5. Availability and Updates

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Bundle to maintain product quality, security, or compliance. We aim to keep service disruptions limited, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Bundle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Starwise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

7. Termination

You may stop using Bundle at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, or operational reasons.
